Alfredo Rodriguez

Former butler at Epstein's Palm Beach estate who worked there in the mid-2000s. Took Epstein's "black book" — containing contact information and handwritten annotations about hundreds of individuals — and attempted to sell it to attorneys for $50,000. The book later became key evidence. Rodriguez was convicted of obstruction of justice in 2011 for hiding the book during the initial investigation and sentenced to 18 months in prison. Died of mesothelioma in 2015 at age 60 before Epstein's federal arrest. Described as a witness who could have provided crucial testimony.
