Bill Richardson

Former Governor of New Mexico (2003-2011) and U.S. Secretary of Energy (1998-2001), born 1947, died 2023. Named in Virginia Giuffre's deposition as one of the powerful men she was directed to have sexual contact with. Epstein owned a 7,500-acre ranch near Santa Fe, New Mexico — the Zorro Ranch — where Richardson allegedly visited. Richardson denied all allegations through his spokesperson, calling them "completely false." His death in September 2023 came before any legal proceedings.
