David Boies

Prominent American attorney (born 1941), chairman of Boies Schiller Flexner, known for arguing Bush v. Gore and United States v. Microsoft. Represented Virginia Giuffre in her lawsuits against Ghislaine Maxwell and others starting in 2015. His firm fought to unseal thousands of documents from the Maxwell case. Also represented Harvey Weinstein before dropping him. His aggressive litigation strategy helped force the release of documents that implicated numerous powerful individuals. Continuing to pursue cases against Epstein's estate and associated defendants.
