George Mitchell

Former U.S. Senate Majority Leader (1989-1995) and architect of the Northern Ireland peace process (Good Friday Agreement), born 1933. Named in Virginia Giuffre's sealed depositions as someone she was directed to have sexual contact with. Mitchell served on several corporate boards and as Special Envoy for Middle East Peace. Through his spokesperson, Mitchell "categorically" denied the allegations, calling them "false" and stating he had "never met, spoken with, or had any contact" with Giuffre.
