Kenneth Starr

American attorney (1946-2022) best known for leading the investigation that resulted in President Bill Clinton's impeachment. Later joined Jeffrey Epstein's legal defense team in 2007, helping negotiate the controversial plea deal. Also represented Harvey Weinstein and was involved in defending Brett Kavanaugh. His willingness to represent Epstein drew criticism given his reputation as a morality crusader during the Clinton investigation. Died in September 2022. The irony of the Clinton investigator defending Epstein was not lost on observers.
