Tony Figueroa

Former boyfriend of one of the minor victims who became a recruiter of young girls for Epstein's operation. Pleaded guilty in 2007 to procuring a minor for prostitution and served time in jail. One of the few individuals actually convicted in the initial Florida investigation. His cooperation and plea deal provided early evidence of the systematic recruitment of underage girls. His case illustrated how Epstein's operation used local connections to find and recruit victims in Palm Beach.
